Giant's Causeway & Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge

Northern Ireland's most iconic coastal experience.

Small Group Tour - Maximum 8 Guests

Explore the Giant's Causeway, cross the famous Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge, visit the Dark Hedges and travel through the spectacular Glens of Antrim on a relaxed small-group tour limited to just 8 guests.

With Rope Bridge admission included, direct collection from your Belfast hotel, cruise port or Grand Central Station, and enough time built into the itinerary to actually cross the bridge, this is a very different experience from a standard coach tour.

£89 per person • Maximum 8 guests • Rope Bridge admission included

Why Choose This Tour?

Just 8 Guests

Forget the large coach. With a maximum of just eight guests, you'll travel in a comfortable vehicle with a local driver-guide and enjoy a much more personal experience.

The Only Group Tour That Stops at the Rope Bridge

This tour is specifically designed to give you enough time to visit Carrick-a-Rede and actually cross the famous Rope Bridge. Bus tours visit the area - but all don't allow enough time for the crossing. Here, the Rope Bridge is one of the highlights of the day.

Rope Bridge Admission Included

Your Carrick-a-Rede admission is included in the tour price, so there is no additional ticket to arrange.

Direct Belfast Pickup & Return

Enjoy complimentary collection and return from your Belfast hotel, Belfast Cruise Port or Grand Central Station.

A Proper Day on the Causeway Coast

Rather than rushing between attractions, the itinerary combines Northern Ireland's essential sights with time to enjoy the scenery along the way.

Your Day

Belfast Pickup

Enjoy complimentary collection from your Belfast hotel, Belfast Cruise Port or Grand Central Station. Please provide your pickup location when booking. We'll contact you the day before your tour with a 15-minute pickup window, so you know exactly when to expect us.

The Dark Hedges

Begin your journey north with a short visit to the famous Dark Hedges, one of Northern Ireland's most photographed locations. The atmospheric avenue of beech trees became internationally famous after appearing as the Kingsroad in Game of Thrones.

The Causeway Coast

Continue towards the spectacular Causeway Coast, with opportunities for photographs at some of Northern Ireland's most dramatic coastal viewpoints.

Dunluce Castle Viewpoint

Stop for views of the spectacular ruins of Dunluce Castle, dramatically perched on the cliffs above the Atlantic Ocean.

Giant's Causeway

Spend around 1 hour 20 minutes exploring the Giant's Causeway, Northern Ireland's UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk among the extraordinary basalt columns, enjoy the coastal scenery and discover the legends of the Irish Giant Finn McCool.

Ballintoy Harbour

Continue along the Causeway Coastal Route to picturesque Ballintoy Harbour, one of the most beautiful little harbours on the north coast. Enjoy a short stop to take in the scenery and capture some photographs.

Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge

Arrive at Carrick-a-Rede and enjoy enough time to visit the spectacular coastal site and cross the famous Rope Bridge. Your Rope Bridge admission is included in the tour price.

If you would prefer not to cross the bridge, alternative walks and viewpoints around the Carrick-a-Rede area are available.

Lunch & Refreshment Break

Enjoy time for lunch or refreshments around the Carrick-a-Rede area. You can purchase food locally, or bring a packed lunch if you prefer.

The Glens of Antrim

Rather than taking the quickest route back to Belfast, we'll travel through the beautiful Glens of Antrim. This scenic region is one of Northern Ireland's hidden treasures, with wooded valleys, waterfalls, mountain landscapes and quiet rural roads.

Glenariff Forest Park

Enjoy a short photo stop at Glenariff Forest Park, known as the "Queen of the Glens", before continuing towards Belfast.

Return to Belfast

Return to Belfast in the late afternoon, with an approximate arrival time of 5:30pm, depending on traffic and conditions.

Why Travel With a Small Group?

The Causeway Coast is one of Northern Ireland's busiest tourist destinations.

Large coach tours can mean long queues, crowded attractions and a fixed itinerary designed around dozens of passengers.

With a maximum of just 8 guests, our tour gives you a more personal experience and more time to enjoy the places you're visiting.

Most importantly, the itinerary is designed to give you proper time at Carrick-a-Rede to cross the Rope Bridge — something all other standard group tours simply don't allow.

You'll travel with a local guide, discover the famous sights and enjoy some of the spectacular scenery that makes the Causeway Coast so special.
