Please read carefully

1. Booking & Payment

· A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your tour date.

· The balance is due 14 days before the start of your tour.

· Bookings made within 14 days of the tour date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

· Payment can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer. We will provide secure payment details upon booking.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

For Day Tours:

· More than 14 days' notice – Full refund of all payments made.

· Between 7–14 days' notice – 50% refund of the total tour price.

· Less than 7 days' notice or no show – No refund.

For Multi-Day Tours and Custom Itineraries:

· More than 30 days’ notice – Full refund of all payments made.

· 15–30 days’ notice – 50% refund of the total tour price.

· Less than 15 days' notice or no show – No refund.

If we are able to resell your tour date, we will always try to issue a full or partial refund where possible.

3. Changes by You

If you wish to change your tour date or itinerary after booking, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Changes made less than 14 days before the tour may be subject to additional costs, especially where accommodation or third-party tickets have already been purchased.

4. Changes or Cancellations by Wee Tours

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, illness, or events beyond our control), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour. We cannot be held liable for any other costs incurred (e.g. flights, accommodation).

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, lost property, and personal liability.

6. Liability

While we do our utmost to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience, Wee Tours cannot be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour, except where caused by our own negligence.

Shore Excursions

We are also not liable for missed cruise ship departures ('all aboard' times) in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) traffic delays, road closures, extreme weather conditions, accidents en route, major mechanical breakdowns, or unexpected delays at attractions.

We strongly recommend selecting a tour that allows for sufficient buffer time before your ship’s departure and encourage all guests to remain mindful of the agreed return time during the tour.

7. Tour Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a guest’s behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or negatively affects the experience of others or the safety of the driver-guide.

8. Accessibility & Special Requirements

Please inform us at the time of booking of any mobility, dietary, or medical requirements so we can tailor your experience accordingly. While our vehicle is not wheelchair adapted, we can accommodate foldable wheelchairs and will work with you to create an accessible itinerary.

9. Attraction Entry Fees

Unless otherwise specified, entrance fees to visitor attractions are not included in your tour price. We are happy to provide estimates and book tickets on your behalf upon request.

10. Shore Excursions

For cruise ship passengers, we always aim to plan shore excursions that allow ample time for return to your ship before departure. While we carefully consider cruise schedules when designing your day, we cannot offer a complete guarantee due to significant unforeseen circumstances such as severe traffic disruption. We strongly recommend booking tours that allow for a comfortable buffer before your all-aboard time.
